Watermelon Kale Smoothie
This is especially refreshing on a hot day. Enjoy it while the watermelons are in season and tasting delicious right now!
3 cups fresh watermelon, seedless
3 cups fresh kale, stems removed
1/4 cup fresh mint
1 1/2 cups filtered water
1/2 cup crushed ice
Mint sprigs with 2-4 leaves
Start by adding the water and ice to a blender and top with watermelon, kale, and mint. Blend together until desired consistency. Garnish with mint sprigs. Enjoy immediately.
